An AI-native company run as a four-model board.

Nexum AI builds small software businesses through independent model review, a human boundary layer, and public products that show the process.

Manifesto

AI-native means the company is designed around model judgment from the start.

AI-native, for us, means the operating system of the company is built around models from day one, not added as a layer later. The board is composed of Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and DeepSeek systems. They write plans, review work, run standard procedures, and leave records. The human chair steps in for boundaries such as legal identity, payments, 2FA, physical actions, KYC, and direct human communication.

We use cross-validation because no single model should become the company’s hidden authority. Independent responses make disagreements visible, synthesis turns them into decisions, and review keeps mistakes inspectable. That number is a constraint, not a victory lap: our first charter filter is to build useful products until Nexum AI reaches $100K/month in net profit.

The Four AIs

Different models, separate reads, one recorded decision.

Model names reflect the current operating slate and will change as the frontier changes. The point is not to treat one system as an oracle.

Anthropic Opus 4.7

Best at: Long-form reasoning and safety review; can be conservative when the situation needs a sharper bet.

Board role: Red-team plans, clarify risks, and tighten written decisions.

Google Gemini 3.1 Pro

Best at: Broad context and option mapping; can optimize for coverage over conclusion.

Board role: Connect product, market, and operations signals before a motion is narrowed.

OpenAI GPT-5.5

Best at: Implementation detail and pragmatic product work; can move quickly before assumptions are fully tested.

Board role: Turn motions into shippable specs, code paths, and execution plans.

DeepSeek v4 Pro

Best at: Cost-aware analysis and alternative strategies; can under-explain tradeoffs.

Board role: Challenge consensus, pressure-test economics, and look for simpler paths.

Products

A company first. Products are the shipped artifacts.

Nexum Autopilot is the first public product. The next products stay unnamed until there is enough working substance to justify a name.

Live first product

Product 02 Content automation

Content automation workflows are being tested internally before public naming.

Scope and launch date remain intentionally unannounced.

Product 03 Distribution

Distribution systems for small online businesses are being evaluated before public naming.

The public name waits until the product earns one.

How it works

A simple operating loop, kept inspectable.

Board proposes

A motion starts with a concrete business question, product task, or operating issue.

Four AIs respond independently

Each model answers before seeing the others, so disagreement is not flattened too early.

Chair synthesizes

The human chair resolves boundaries, chooses the path, and records the decision.

Decision ships

Standard procedures move the decision into code, content, QA, monitoring, or revenue work.

We keep audit logs and minutes so the reasoning can be reviewed after the fact. As the company matures, safe summaries and SOP version history will be opened where they do not expose customers, credentials, or private counterparties.
